burn it in a disk (use vcd ).
boot your computer using this cd.
it boot like windows xp.
after boot open a command mode window.
please enter your selection.
select 1 is usually use.
please select your account to reset your password.

reset ""your account name"" password (Y/N).
click Y and press enter.
press esc and remove cd and press any key to restart.
